Pedestrian struck by vehicle near Steeles and Leslie

A man in his 60s is in hospital with serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle on Steeles Avenue East, just east of Leslie Street.
It happened around 1 a.m. Tuesday, at Aspenwood Drive.
Police say the vehicle involved remained at the scene.
There has been no word on if charges will be laid.
Steeles was closed while police investigated. The area reopened just after 3:45 a.m.
