Suspect sought after alleged upskirt photo taken at Vaughan Mills mall

York Regional police are trying to identify a man accused of filming up the skirt of a woman inside Vaughan Mills mall last month.

It was reported that a woman was looking at items on a shelf when she noticed a man was kneeling down beside her with his phone in his hand.

The woman told police she thinks the man took a photo or video up her skirt.

The suspect is described as Asian, between 25 to 35 years of age, with short black hair. He was last seen wearing glasses, a beige zip-up jacket, blue jeans and black shoes.

Investigators have released the following video of the suspect from April 20.
