Halton Regional police say they want to speak to the driver of a vehicle that was spotted towing a pedestrian who appears to have been wearing roller blades.
Police released dash cam video of the incident and tweeted, “on occasion, you’ve asked us what would warrant a dangerous driving charge. Pretty sure this would make the grade.”
The 30-second video shows a person bent over, hanging off the back of a maroon two-door vehicle driving along a two-lane roadway.
Police say the incident happened on Monday on Upper Middle Road in Oakville.
They are asking anyone who recognizes the vehicle, or who witnessed the event, to contact investigators.
