The call came in to emergency services around 7 a.m. on Oct. 28. The caller reported seeing a vehicle on its roof in a wooded area on 19th Sideroad in Newmarket.

York Regional Police arrived at the scene to find a woman who said her sister was the driver and fled. However, she had already told responding fire fighters she was by herself.

“Eight – zero – sex – sims,” is what the woman said when she was asked to recite a phone number. The responding officer then says he doesn’t know what kind of number that is.

According to police, the woman blew significantly over the .08 blood alcohol level.

No one was injured in the crash.
