Police reunite elderly man found in North York with family

Toronto police say an elderly man who was found wandering in North York has been reunited with his family.

The man, who went by the name ‘Don’, was located near Bayview Avenue and Sheppard Avenue on Friday morning.

He was wearing a maroon and grey pajama top with a white shirt, grey pajama pants, and black socks. Police say he wasn’t wearing any shoes when they found him.

Just after 1:30 p.m. Friday, police indicated he had been identified and reunited with his family.
