Man injured in downtown stabbing

A man has been taken to hospital after being stabbed in the downtown core early Sunday morning.

Police were called to just outside Arena Garden at Dundas and Mutual Streets just before 8 a.m. for reports of a stabbing.

The man believed to be in his 60s was found suffering from a stab wound to the chest. He was taken to hospital.

There have been no suspect details released at this time.
