Body of missing construction worker recovered after industrial accident in Mississauga

The body of a missing construction worker has been recovered following an industrial accident in Mississauga.
Peel police were notified of a dangerous condition at a site in the Hurontario Street and Burnhamthorpe Drive area at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
Const. Sarah Patten tells CityNews there were reports that workers were down in a water chamber when a pipe ruptured, leading to significant flooding.
Police say the body of a 54-year-old man was recovered just after midnight on Saturday.
The Ministry of Labour has been called in to investigate.
Road that had been closed in the area for the investigation have since reopened.
