In a tweet, police called it a “road rage incident” and said they are searching for a suspect described as an East Asian male around 45 years old.
He’s around five foot four with a stocky build. Investigators say he has tattoos on his fingers, speaks with an accent, and was wearing all-black clothing at the time of the incident.
Keele Street is closed from Paxtonia to Tilbury for the investigation.
The incident comes on the same day that two people were shot in a drive-by shooting in downtown Toronto that police also suspect was motivated by road rage.
