Woman struck by vehicle in Scarborough

A woman believed to be in her 70s has been struck by a vehicle in Scarborough.

Police were called to Warden and Bertrand Avenues just before 7:30 p.m. for reports of a collision.

The pedestrian was taken to hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver involved remained on the scene.
