Woman, 20, critically injured in collision between motorcycle and vehicle in Etobicoke

A 20-year-old female motorcyclist is in the hospital with life-threatening injuries after a collision with a vehicle in Etobicoke Wednesday afternoon.

Toronto police were called to the Kipling Avenue and Eglinton Avenue West area just before 5 p.m.

It’s been reported that a 20-year-old woman was operating a blue Kawasaki motorcycle eastbound on Eglinton Avenue West when she collided with a Dodge Nitro, driven by a 58-year-old man.

The woman was transported to a trauma centre in critical condition.

The driver of the vehicle remained on the scene.

The investigation is ongoing.
