Supreme Court to hear Gladue case

In 2011 Cindy Gladue, an Indigenous mother of three, was killed by a man who later walked free. But the trial raised serious questions about racism and now the case has been appealed and sent to Canada’s Supreme Court. Nigel Newlove reports.
