Police say 'criminals for hire' used in shootings at U.S. consulate, synagogues

Toronto Police Chief Myron Demkiw said Tuesday that young people are being hired to carry out attacks against various targets through encrypted messaging apps, as he revealed details about a series of connected firearm attacks across the GTA.
