Motorcyclist fighting for his life after downtown Toronto crash

A motorcyclist remains in hospital with life-threatening injuries after a crash involving a car in downtown Toronto.

The collision happened at Bay and Harbour streets around 10:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Police say it appears the car and the motorcycle were travelling in opposite directions, when the car tried to turn in front of the motorcycle but hit him.

The motorcyclist, who is in his 30s, was rushed to hospital with severe head injuries.

There is no word is any charges will be laid.
