Transport truck rolls down hill, hits home near Keele and Lawrence
A transport truck hit a home near Keele Street and Lawrence Avenue on Tuesday after rolling down a hill.
Police were called to the scene of a collision at George Anderson Drive and Amesbury Drive around 11:30 a.m.
The transport truck, which was reportedly not properly secured, rolled down a slope on Hawkins Drive and across a few lawns before hitting the home. The collision led to cracked bricks and shifted the home’s frame. The homeowners were inside at the time.

The driver remained on scene and no injuries have been reported.
