These locations will operate in tandem with vaccine administration through hospital sites.

According to a release from Peel Region, community members and municipal partners were consulted in the choosing of these locations.

There will be more options offered in the spring, including drive-through, mobile “on-site” clinics, primary care and pharmacy locations.

Peel also said there will be an initial introduction of vaccinations for residents who are 80 years or older that will be opening up soon with more appointments to come as vaccine availability increases.
