Man taken to trauma centre in serious condition after shooting near Aviva Centre
A man has been taken to a trauma centre after he was shot Saturday afternoon near the Aviva Centre.
Toronto police say it happened at the corner of Shoreham Drive and The Pond Road around 4:30 p.m.
That’s where officers say they found the victim with serious injuries, who has since been taken to a trauma centre.

EMS confirms with CityNews the victim is in serious condition.
Police are now investigating.
