Queen Elizabeth II, who reigned for 70 years, spent most of her life dedicated to service and duty, and on Monday, Britain and the world gathered to honour and say a final goodbye to the late monarch.

The state funeral was held at Westminster Abbey in London and a committal service took place in St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle. The Queen will be laid to rest with her late husband, Prince Philip, at a private family service.
