Woman, 2 children injured in two-vehicle crash in Brampton

A child remains hospitalized following a two-vehicle crash in Brampton on Saturday night.

Peel police say a transport truck and car collided at the intersection of Mayfield Road and Torbram Road just before 5:30 p.m.

The female driver of the car and two children were taken to hospital with various injuries. The woman and one child have since been discharged while the second child is listed in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the truck was not injured.

There is no word if any charges will be laid as the investigation is ongoing.
