Retail developer to manage commuter parking for new Vaughan subway station

When the Toronto-York Spadina Subway Extension opens next month, there will be no TTC commuter lot at the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Station. Instead, people will park at the shopping centre next door — a forward-thinking idea, one expert says.
