Man on mobility device falls down elevator shaft in TCH building

A Toronto Fire official says a 45-year-old man is lucky to be alive after falling down an elevator shaft in a downtown Toronto Community Housing building. It's not clear how the man, who was using a mobility device, fell down the shaft.
