Ford government says it needs to "move quick" to remove bike lanes

All sections of bike lanes along Bloor Street, Yonge Street and University Avenue are "up for removal" by the province. Mayor Olivia Chow calls the move arbitrary and a waste of taxpayer dollars. Mark McAllister reports.
