Toronto needs $18 billion for infrastructure repairs over the next decade.

The funding deal with the province has allowed the city to invest $8 billion in repairs to roads, bridges and sewers, but Toronto is still short $18 billion dollars. The largest cost at $11 billion is the TTC.
