Neighbours say Alek Minassian may have mental health issues

More details are emerging about Alek Minassian, accused of a deadly van attack on Yonge Street. Residents of his Richmond Hill neighbourhood are expressing sympathy for his family, but also say he appeared to have mental health issues.
