Ford defends Ontario's back-to-school-plan, though premier acknowledges he is 'nervous'

Doug Ford is defending his government's back-to-school plan and says Ontario has "some of the most stringent rules in the entire country." The premier also says he fully understands why parents are nervous to send their children back in September.
