‘We are prepared to do what is necessary in response to COVID-19’: Toronto Fire Chief Matthew Pegg

At the start of the pandemic, Toronto’s Fire Chief Matthew Pegg was front and centre in the daily briefings as the city tried to deal with the situation. As cases started to drop, he stepped away from his role with the city’s emergency response team. But with the numbers again on the rise, Pegg spoke with Breakfast Television as to why he is back working with the emergency response team.
