Vision Zero safety plan expected to cost $100 million in 2025

A report by city staff on Vision Safety, the pedestrian and cyclist safety plan, says while investments in infrastructure have improved some intersections, six cyclists have been killed so far this year. Last year one cyclist was killed in Toronto.
