GO train service resumes after body found near tracks in Brampton

A police investigation has concluded and train service has resumed after a body was located near a rail crossing in Brampton on Wednesday morning.
Peel police say a deceased male was discovered near the train tracks at John and James streets, in the area of Main and Queen, shortly before 6 a.m.
GO trains on the Kitchener line were partially suspended during the morning commute while police investigated the incident between Brampton and Bramalea stations.
The police investigation between Brampton GO and Bramalea GO has concluded and regular #GOtrain service has resumed.

Riders are still being encouraged to check for service updates before embarking on their trip.
Police tell CityNews the death is not being treated as suspicious.
