TRAFFIC ALERT: Truck fire blocks stretch of Hwy. 401 in Mississauga

It is a slow commute out of Mississauga this morning where a vehicle fire has forced lane closures on a portion of Highway 401.
The eastbound lanes of the highway are blocked from Winston Churchill Boulevard to Mississauga Road but traffic is squeezing by in the shoulder.
The truck fire started spreading to the grass on the side of the highway but fire crews have been able to put the flames out.
