TTC Commission asks riders to submit input online

As the TTC works on its customer service, the TTC commission is asking riders to go online and tell the Red Rocket exactly how they feel.

The move is an attempt to bandage the relationship between the TTC and its angry users.

The commission has said it also wants input from the general public, as well as TTC employees by visiting ttcpanel.ca.

A customer service advisory panel will also visit several major subway stations in late April and early May to for face-to-face meetings with riders.

Dates, times and locations are as follows: Bloor-Yonge Station

  • April 28, 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
  • April 28, 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Kennedy Station

  • April 29, 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Kipling Station

  • May 4, 7 a.m. – 8 a.m.

Finch Station

  • May 6, 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

The panel is expected to have a public report with their recommendations completed in June.
