A fire broke out at a Queens Quay condo on Thursday afternoon.
The blaze began on the roof of 260 Queens Quay West around 5pm. It was quickly extinguished.
Two residents were treated for minor smoke inhalation but otherwise, no injuries were reported.
It’s believed that the building was undergoing renovations at the time and roofing tar may have been involved in the fire.
Streetcars in the area were affected. The TTC turned back the 509 and the 510 at Queens Quay and Spadina.
