Back to work for some after Canada Day

TORONTO, Ont. – For those who booked the day off, Friday, good on you, but it’s back to work for some people after being off for Canada Day.
And this means, some unlucky few are missing out on a four-day long weekend.
Despite people who had to head to work, downtown Toronto was relatively quiet compared to what it is like on a regular weekday.
Meanwhile, provincial police are keeping an eye on highways this long weekend, looking for careless drivers.
Police said this long weekend is one of the busiest for holiday traffic.
Police will be out on the roads today and this weekend watching for aggressive drivers, street racers and those not wearing seatbelts.
They will also be looking for impaired drivers out on the roads and out on the water.
