Street Beat – December 6 – Broken Water Main

The change in temperature may be to blame for a broken water main.
It happened in the Bathrust Street and Glencairn Avenue area on Monday. Police called Toronto Works about the problem around 4am.
Water rushed over a set of steps and pooled into a sloping driveway, hitting the double garage door.
It was several hours before the water main was fixed.
