Rogers has launched a new support service called TechXpert, aimed at helping customers deal with computer problems and issues that arise from other tech devices — including those not sold by the company, including iPods, laptops and software.
The service — which has agents on the ready 24 hours a day — is currently available to Rogers Hi-Speed Internet customers, for either one-time support or a monthly subscription. More information can be found at rogers.com/techxpert.
Rogers is the parent company of Citytv, CityNews Channel and CityNews.ca.
