Ryan Lochte appears on ’30 Rock’

Olympic gold medalist Ryan Lochte appeared on 30 Rock on Thursday night, mocking his sexy but dumb persona.
“I play a sex idiot. That’s what it is, a sex idiot,” Lochte told NBC in an on-set interview.
He played a man who’s dating the same woman as Alec Baldwin’s character Jack Donaghy. He was shirtless for much of screen time, which seemed to suit the self-aware swimmer just fine.
“It’s not too much acting that I have to do,” he said.
Meanwhile, Tina Fey’s character Liz Lemon responded to a tweet from Tracy Jordan (played by fellow Saturday Night Live alum Tracy Morgan).
“I agree @TheRealStephenHawking women are not funny. Never have been. Never will be. #PlotPoint,” Jordan wrote.
That led to Lemon reviving a show from her improv days, and performing a song that included the lines, “We’re not gonna do it, it’s beneath us all. Cause we don’t need to prove it to you. No, we don’t need to prove it to you.”
30 Rock airs at 8 p.m. on Thursday on Citytv.
