Environ. Canada warns of snow squalls for cottage country Wednesday

Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for cottage country warning of snow squalls, Wednesday.

The statement is in effect for:

• Bruce Peninsula – Sauble Beach – Tobermory
• Barrie – Orillia – Midland
• Parry Sound – Muskoka
• South River – Burk’s Falls

The statement said although a lot of accumulation isn’t expected, visibility could be affected by heavy flurries, and drivers are asked to be extra careful.
