Fiery crash on Erin Mills Parkway sends driver to hospital

A man is in hospital in critical condition after a fiery crash in Mississauga early on Monday morning.

The single-vehicle crash happened on Erin Mills Parkway north of Dundas Street around 12:45 a.m.

It appears the driver missed a sharp turn just north of Dundas, and went head-on into a dumpster.

The vehicle then caught fire.

The driver was the only person in the car.
