Man, 45, dead after being stabbed with a machete in North York

The Homicide unit is investigating after a 45-year-old man was killed after a stabbing in North York.
Police were called to an area near Yonge Street and Wedgewood Drive, just north of Finch Avenue, following reports of a fight just after 8 p.m.
Upon arrival, police located a man suffering from stab wounds. Police say he was stabbed with a machete.
He was taken to a nearby trauma centre in serious to life-threatening condition, where he later died.
The victim has been identified as Nader Fadael, 45, of Toronto. A photo of him has not been released by police.
Police say one male suspect was seen fleeing the area. He’s described as brown, 5-foot-11 wearing a navy blue shirt.
