A large geyser has erupted at an intersection in Mississauga following a watermain break on Wednesday evening.
Peel police were called to the scene at Copenhagen Road and Fayette Circle around 5:20 p.m for reports of water shooting 60-feet into the air.
In a video posted on Twitter by Peel Regional Police, a large spray of water is seen gushing out of a hole in the road.
Police tweeted that the water had been shut off around 7 p.m. and crews remained on scene to repair the damage.
Drivers are being asked to avoid the area.
