Two men injured in Newmarket shooting

Police are searching for two suspects following a shooting in Newmarket on Friday night.

York Regional Police were called to an address on Main Street South around 7:30 p.m.

When they arrived they discovered one man suffering from a gunshot wound and another man suffering from injuries not believed to be from the shooting.

The injuries were not considered life-threatening, according to police.

Investigators say they are looking for two male suspects last seen fleeing the area in a black Ford Mustang. No other descriptions have been released.
