Toronto police looking for man in connection to assault investigation

Toronto police are looking to identify a man wanted in connection to an assault investigation earlier this month.

Police say they responded to a call for an assault in the area of Bay Street and King Street West around 7:30 p.m. on March 9.

Officers say it’s been reported two men walking by were physically assaulted by a man, who was last seen walking into the Toronto Downtown Pedestrian Walkway System.

The man is described as white, unshaven, with short dark hair and a moustache, wearing a t-shirt, dark jogging pants, and carrying a red gym bag.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
