With a recession looming, Allure Carnival is preparing kids and young adults in West Hill for the job market by training them in costume production and business development for the Toronto Carribbean Carnival.
They build out its own customer sales and employee pipelines by training, then eventually hiring, youth for costume production and business development, aiming to give them the professional skills they need to survive and thrive in Toronto’s job market.
