1 person shot near Queen and Sherbourne streets

A man was rushed to a trauma centre with critical injuries after a shooting at Queen and Sherbourne streets on Tuesday evening.

Toronto police say one person is in custody and a gun has been recovered.

In an update later Tuesday, police said the victim’s condition is now considered stable.

No further information is available.
