Man suffers serious injuries in shooting near Bathurst and King

A 27-year-old man has been rushed to hospital after a shooting near Bathurst and King streets early Tuesday evening.
Toronto police were called to Bathurst and Stewart Street, just south of King, around 5:15 p.m. for reports of a shooting.
The victim was rushed to hospital via emergency run with serious injuries after he was shot in the stomach.
Police have not been able to determine exactly where the shooting occurred.
“At this point, we do not have a scene located, and we don’t have a suspect description at this point either,” Duty Insp. Jason Albanese said in an update Tuesday night.
Albanese said investigators are canvassing the area.
