Man charged in sexual assault of woman, 92, in Toronto’s Little Italy

One man was arrested in a sexual assault investigation after an incident that happened on April 1 in the College Street West and Clinton Street area.

On April 3, police received a call for a sexual assault that happened two days earlier as a 92-year-old woman was inside her residence, and a man entered the woman’s unit.

Once inside, the man sexually assaulted the woman and then fled from the residence.

On April 13, Kelvin Chan, 58, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling-house and sexual assault.

Police are concerned there may be more victims of sexual assault from Chan.
