'Zombie lights' for distracted pedestrians

A pilot project in Tel Aviv, Israel is testing the effectiveness of "zombie lights" - indicators in the sidewalk that tell pedestrians when it's safe to cross, even if they're on their phones. Kristen Fong reports.
