A 27-year-old man is in hospital after shots were fired at an Uber overnight in Flemingdon Park.
Toronto police said the vehicle was in the Don Mills Road and Gateway Boulevard area, just north of the Don Valley Parkway, around 1:30 a.m. Friday when an SUV pulled up beside the Uber and started firing.
The SUV then fled the scene.
