ATLANTA (AP) _ Beazer Homes USA Inc. (BZH) on Thursday reported fiscal third-quarter net income of $15.2 million.
On a per-share basis, the Atlanta-based company said it had profit of 51 cents. Earnings, adjusted for asset impairment costs and restructuring costs, were 63 cents per share.
The homebuilder posted revenue of $533.1 million in the period.
Beazer shares have declined 20% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $11.29, a fall of roughly 4% in the last 12 months.
