When asked why we’re seeing such a big increase in the housing market in Riverdale, Dan Ellenberg from sellwithdan.com explained, “It is close and convenient [relative to the downtown core]. We’re not seeing a lot of listings come on the market but demand is steady and even increasing.” He added that the average increase in the sale price of a home in the last year is approximately 11 per cent. That goes for all types of homes including bungalows, detached, town houses and condos.
