Lockdown Lifted, Student Arrested At Mississauga High School After Stabbing

A Mississauga high school is no longer under lockdown following an alleged stabbing.
A student was attacked at T.L. Kennedy Secondary on Monday at about 9:50am. The lockdown was lifted at 12:35pm.
The 17-year-old victim was taken to hospital where he remains in stable condition.
Another 17-year-old was taken into police custody. The Mississauga boy, who cannot be named, has been charged with Aggravated Assault, Breach of Probation and Breach of Recognizance.
Peel Regional Police arrested him on campus, located at 3100 Hurontario St.
Officers are still investigating.
