Three Injured In Separate Stabbings

Police are investigating three separate stabbings which happened Saturday night.

A 50-year-old man is in stable condition at St. Michael’s Hospital after he was knifed several times on Bathurst St. north of Bloor.

Although the attack happened early in the evening – around 7:30pm – there were no witnesses.

Police believe the victim made his way to the Bathurst subway station to get help and, as a result, they taped off the area for the investigation.

Around the same time, a man in his 20s was stabbed in the neck and shoulder near Royal York Rd. and Eglinton Ave. W. He is in serious condition.

And just before midnight Saturday, a 26-year-old man was stabbed several times at Pacific Mall in Markham.

He was transported to Sunnybrook hospital and will survive.
